Many homes to choose from two bedroom single wide up to large three bedroom and den double wide home size, the condition and layouts vary from home to home.

Wildwood Park has been well established for many years and is well-known in this community for being a well-maintained park.  We have a block watch program set up here for safety and security as well as we are participating in the crime free housing program which works directly with the RCMP and the residential tenancy board to help promote crime free housing and community's.

Our pad rents are lower than most parks comparable to ours and we have many amenities including an indoor heated swimming pool, playground area, tennis court, basketball court, recreation hall laundry facilities, horseshoe pitts, social activities as well as day trips, cruises, and other travel opportunities.

Pad rentals include your water, sewer, garbage pickup, recycle pickup, park amenities such as the pool hall playground etc. Seniors may qualify for S.A.F.E.R. program where they may receive a discounted monthly pad rental, Call SAFER at 1-800-257-7756

Participation in all park activities is optional but we offer bingo weekly, social nights, pancake breakfasts, potluck dinners, and exercise classes, flea markets, barbecues and our annual garage sale event.

The park is located close to schools, shopping, bus stops, doctors, restaurants, parks, community centers, Silver City Theatres, Rona,  Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Groceries, and Freeway access.

We have an on-site office, laundry mat, RV storage area, door-to-door mail delivery, newspaper boxes, vending machines and visitor parking areas
